Suveto
A room-by-room time-tracking system for Veazie Veterinary Clinic, one of Suveto’s network hospitals — every patient and staff room change logged, with wait times measured daily.

Overview
Suveto runs a network of 75+ vet-led hospitals across 24 states. Veazie Veterinary Clinic, one of its network hospitals, needed to see where every patient and staff member actually was through the day — not just how many were in the building.
The problem
The clinic had no way to see where a patient, doctor, tech or staff member actually was at any point in the day, or how long anyone waited before being seen. Front-lobby wait time was invisible, and there was no record of the room-to-room path a patient took through a visit.
What we did
We built a location time-tracking system that logs every room change for every patient, doctor, tech and staff member — front lobby, exam rooms, ICU, surgery, treatment, rehab and more — and turns it into a full-day timeline per entity alongside rolled-up wait-time metrics, measured against the clinic’s own rolling baseline. Filterable by date, room, entity type and doctor, with an export to Excel for whatever the clinic still runs outside the app.
Outcome
- Every patient, doctor, tech and staff room change logged and viewable as a full-day timeline
- Front-lobby wait time measured daily against a rolling 7-day baseline
- 254 room-to-room stays tracked across 37 patients and 33 staff in a single day
- Reports export to Excel for use outside the app
