Terms of use

These terms cover your use of azenvoc.com, which is run by Azenvoc Development and IT LLP (“Azenvoc”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.

The site describes how we work. It is not an offer to provide services, and nothing on it forms a contract. Every engagement — embedded or end to end — is governed by its own written agreement, and where that agreement differs from anything on this site, the agreement applies.

Case studies describe work for specific clients in specific circumstances. They show what we did, not a promise of the same outcome for anyone else.

The referral programme is described on azenvoc.com/referrals. When an introduction becomes a client, the referrer and we sign a short referral agreement, and that agreement — not this website — governs any commission. Introducing someone does not create a partnership, agency or employment relationship, and a referrer cannot make commitments on our behalf.

Applying to, or being accepted into, our talent network does not create an employment or contractor relationship, and it does not guarantee an engagement. Any engagement is agreed in writing, for that engagement.

The site’s content and design, and the Azenvoc name and mark, belong to us. Client names and logos belong to their owners. You are welcome to link to the site and to quote it with attribution; please do not copy it wholesale or suggest an endorsement we have not given.

The site links to services we do not run, including Discord, LinkedIn, X and GitHub. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
