Know a team that needs a senior engineer?

Introduce them. If they become a client, you receive 20% of every fee they pay us for their first 24 months. No sign-up — one introduction is enough.

The terms

Simple, and in writing

Stated here, and in the short agreement we send when your introduction becomes a client.

Commission

20% of the fees the client pays us — excluding tax and expenses we pass through.

For

24 months from the client's first invoice.

Paid

Within 30 days of each client payment, by bank transfer.

Counts when

Yours is the first introduction, they were not already talking to us, and they sign within 12 months.

Who

Anyone — past clients, engineers, advisers, friends of the firm. Not someone who works at the client being introduced.

Paperwork

One short agreement when they sign, which governs the details. You handle your own taxes.

How it works

  1. 1

    Introduce them

Tell us who they are and what they need, below. Ask them first — we only contact people who expect to hear from us.

  2. 2

    We take it from there

An engineer contacts them within a working day, and we tell you it happened. You never have to sell anything.

  3. 3

    They become a client

We send you a short referral agreement to sign. From their first invoice, the clock starts.

  4. 4

    You are paid

20% of each payment they make, within 30 days of it, for 24 months.

Who you are introducing

Whatever you know — the problem, the deadline, the team. A few sentences is plenty.

About you

It comes straight to us. We contact them only because you said they expect it.
